If your package goes missing during shipping, contact us, and we’ll do everything we can to help track it down. If it's marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Returns & Refunds
Since our products are made specifically for each order, we aren't able to offer returns or exchanges. However, if something isn't right with your order, reach out to us, and we’ll send you a replacement.
Refunds are generally issued if an item is damaged or incorrect. Should either situation arise, please contact us with photos of the item so we can resolve it for you.
Cancellations are usually not possible as production begins immediately after you place the order. Still, if you contact us quickly, we’ll see if it can be canceled before production starts.
Since each item is made to order, we don’t currently offer exchanges. In rare cases, an item may be mislabeled. If that happens, reach out to us with your order number and photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Our products are custom-made just for you! This means we begin production only once you place an order. After your item is printed and prepared, it's shipped directly to your address.
