Refunds, Exchanges or Returns

As all our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds, order cancellations. exchanges or returns. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase. 

Replacements for Damaged Items

We only offer replacements if your item arrives damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
